Ingredients
- 2 rainbow chard leaves with stems
- 4 large kale leaves
- 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1.5 cups of unsweetened flax milk
- 1.5 cups of baby spinach
- 1 medium to large carrot
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 small tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 apple
- 1 small banana
