Ingredients
  1. ½ cup frozen banana
  2. 1 cup frozen mango
  3. 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Add 1 cup spinach and 1 table spoon of ground flax seed for extra fiber and nutrients if desired.
