Handpicked lemons filled with citrus and sour taste. For years we have enjoyed a glass of lemonade on a hot summer day as It can be so refreshing and comforting.
Today, I will suggest potentially cutting out the excessive sugar and trying some chilled or warm water with lemon?
Whether you are trying to cut down on coffee intake, or simply want to better your health, lemon water can be an incredible way to nourish and balance your system. The nutritional benefits are incredible and it can be quite delicious!

Personally, I try and start my day with warm water and half a fresh squeezed organic lemon. If I am feeling adventurous and have a little extra time I will toss along ground turmeric root and ginger root. All of these ingredients have incredible benefits for your health. Recipe
- 1-3 cups of hot or chilled water
- 1/2 squeezed lemon (organic if possible)
- 1 tbs of fresh ground ginger
- 1 tbs of fresh ground turmeric
- 1 tsp of (honey if sweetener is desired)
